 Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.  All items will be properly packaged using bubble wrap. 

 

Returns for refund are accepted if buyer get the wrong item or not completely satisfied with your purchase . Buyer must notify us within 24 Hrs that item arrival and return the item within 5 working days, replacement item is sent back to buyer on the same working day as returned item is received. If replacement item is not available we will happily provide a refund or exchange as long as  there are no issues like mishandling of the item, broken item, scratches and damage caused by the buyer. Item must be returned in its original condition you have received it . 

 

 Please note that there will be 10% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. All opened items from original packaging will be subject to a 20% fee. Refund will be issued after deducting the P&P Cost.
